Job summary

Popeyes UK CHICKEN & PIZZA LTD in King's Lynn is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead from the front. You’ll drive guest experience, food quality, and speed of service while supporting the GM in delivering results.

You’ll recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team, manage P&L, costs and scheduling, and uphold HACCP, health and safety standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in branded, high-volume QSR/fast-casual.
• Experience leading teams, coaching, training, and honest conversations when needed.
• Growth-oriented mindset and readiness to advance in career.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L and controlling costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management and inventory systems.
• Strong people leadership and development of future leaders.
• Ability to maintain quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
