Job summary

Howden Group Holdings in London invites penultimate-year students to join a paid Growth Execution Summer Internship. The 10-week programme offers hands-on experience in market research, data analysis and project delivery across our specialist insurance businesses.

You will work with experienced professionals and senior leaders, gaining exposure to how strategic ideas become action and a direct pathway into Autumn 2028 graduate opportunities, subject to performance.

Qualifications

• Penultimate year of study in any degree background.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Confident communication across audiences.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environment and changing plans.
• Curious learner with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop relationships across Howden to enable collaboration.
• Execute day-to-day tasks that support growth delivery.
• Manage a dynamic list of priorities with clear communication.
• Coordinate GlobalData, our new business online tool.
• Maintain and report on team new business data on our online platform.
• Take part in meetings, take accurate notes and drive next steps.
• Build impactful presentations for senior stakeholder meetings.
