Job summary

Sage, in the United Kingdom, invites a commercially minded analyst to join the Routes to Revenue team. You will turn complex customer and performance data into clear strategies that accelerate migration, reduce churn, and unlock expansion opportunities across the customer base.

Working with commercial, product, growth and analytics teams, you’ll deliver data-driven insights to guide decisions and shape how we drive sustainable in-life revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Commercial understanding with SaaS/recurring revenue experience.
• Segmentation, commercial frameworks, or analytical models that drive performance.
• Able to translate analytical findings into growth recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong aptitude turning complex data into clear commercial insights.
• Experience supporting retention, migration, expansion through data-led decisions.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and independent analytical investigations.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer segmentation frameworks and commercial models to identify high-value opportunities.
• Design analytical models that predict customer behaviour, assess risk, and quantify growth.
• Partner with commercial leaders to define data-driven strategies reducing churn and increasing CLV.
• Build prioritisation frameworks for sales, success and growth to target right customers.
• Lead analytics workstreams supporting migration programmes, including targeting and sizing.
• Deliver Fintech performance analytics to identify growth drivers and revenue opportunities.
• Support executive reporting by developing KPIs, insights, and strategic recommendations.
