Job summary

Sage is seeking a commercially minded analyst to shape revenue growth across customers by turning data into strategies that accelerate migration and expand value. You will work with commercial, product, growth, and analytics teams to pressure-test initiatives and quantify benefits.

You will build models, KPIs, and insights to inform executive decisions and support cross-functional migration programs in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building segmentation models and analytics for SaaS/recurring revenue.
• Proven ability translating analytics into growth recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong data-driven decision making under ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Develop segmentation frameworks to identify migration, retention, and expansion opportunities.
• Design predictive models to forecast customer behaviour and quantify growth.
• Partner with commercial leaders to drive data-driven strategies for churn reduction.
• Lead analytics workstreams for migration programmes and metrics tracking.
• Support executive reporting with KPIs and actionable insights.
