OpusRS is partnering with a venture-backed AI and technology business in the UK to find a Head of Commercial who will work directly with the CEO and COO to scale the company. This is not a traditional sales leadership role; the right candidate will have broad operational experience and a track record of building teams and new initiatives.

You'll own relationships, guide product evolution from customer insight, and drive growth across markets.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic customer relationships and help drive customer growth and retention
• Lead the commercial function and support its continued scale-up
• Work closely with Product to turn customer insight into product improvements
• Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships and revenue streams
• Support expansion initiatives and new market opportunities
• Develop processes, structures and ways of working as the business grows
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and COO
• Help shape the company's next phase of growth
