You will work with founders and owners to diagnose growth constraints, define prioritised actions, and turn insights into a clear plan with accountable outcomes.

You'll advise on positioning, ICP, pricing, acquisition channels, and delivery models, creating leverage across multiple markets and offers while driving measurable growth and operational

Qualifications

• Experience in growth strategy, sales strategy, and go-to-market planning.
• Proven ability to implement and optimise outbound campaigns and paid acquisition.
• Strong CRM and pipeline management skills, with a track record of shaping offers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose clients’ growth constraints across positioning, acquisition, sales, revenue, and delivery.
• Advise founders on priorities and strategies, challenging assumptions when needed.
• Turn strategic recommendations into assigned actions, timelines, and reviews of results.
• Help founders sharpen positioning and identify the highest-leverage growth opportunities.
