Job summary

QinetiQ is seeking an experienced Growth Leader to drive DSTL-focused opportunities, shaping market engagement and cross‑functional collaboration. You will nurture early-stage opportunities, coordinate with Client Leads, Capture, and MDs, and ensure coherent strategic development across DSTL programs.

The role demands delivering major captures, supporting growth strategy, and building trusted relationships with UK MoD stakeholders, including Dstl, MSHQ, StratCom, and UKDI at 1* level.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in hands-on development and execution of scale pipeline (£1bn cap) with strong win rates.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across defence/ DSTL programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and shape GTM strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline growth across a DSTL programme portfolio worth £3bn over three years.
• Lead major capture activities, bids and proposals for high-value programmes.
• Coordinate with DSTL and wider QinetiQ teams to align strategy and execution.
