Job summary

Kara Healthcare is seeking a Sales & Marketing Director to drive the organisation's commercial strategy, with a focus on occupancy growth, revenue, and brand expansion across our care home portfolio.

You will join the Senior Leadership Team, influence strategic decision-making, and lead a multi-site sales and marketing function to deliver measurable growth for residential, nursing, dementia, and respite services.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in care or health sector.
• Proven track record of growing occupancy and revenue.
• Experience with acquisitions and multi-site operations.
• Degree in Marketing/Business/Healthcare Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy across the care home portfolio.
• Lead occupancy growth and revenue via targeted sales and marketing initiatives.
• Build partnerships with Local Authorities, NHS bodies, and commissioners.
• Oversee digital marketing, brand development, and stakeholder communications.
