Sanctuary Care is seeking a Senior Marketing and Communications Manager to set the strategic direction for marketing across the Commercial arm. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, oversee agency partnerships and ensure activity is targeted, measurable and aligned to business priorities.

You will drive self-funder enquiry generation, occupancy, and conversion for care homes, leveraging integrated plans across digital, print, PR and local engagement to support national growth and brand

Formación

• Significant experience in a senior marketing and communications role.
• Experience leading brand, reputation, PR and multi-channel customer communications.

Responsabilidades

• Set and lead the marketing and communications strategy for the Commercial arm, aligning activity to business priorities.
• Drive self-funder enquiry generation, occupancy and conversion for care homes.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary marketing team and manage agency partnerships.
• Provide senior marketing advice to directors and operational leaders, turning insight into action.
