Job summary

Kara Healthcare is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead and support our care services across multiple homes in the region.

You will work with Home Managers and the senior leadership team to ensure high standards of care, strong performance, and a positive experience for residents and families. The role combines leadership, governance, and strategic development within a thriving care organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in multi-site care settings.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to drive service improvement and positive change.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Home Managers.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Monitor performance, occupancy, and budgets across homes.
• Support recruitment, development, and succession planning.
• Lead service improvements and drive financial sustainability.
