Job summary

Kara Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Manager (Turnaround Specialist) to lead a care service in County Durham, DL1. You will drive improvements, raise standards and build a high-performing team delivering dignified, person-centred care to residents.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a leader who combines compassion with commercial awareness and has the resilience to lead meaningful change.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within adult social care.
• A successful track record of improving and turning around care services.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Outstanding leadership and people management skills.
• The ability to motivate teams and drive sustainable improvements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Relevant Health and Social Care qualifications.
• Eligibility to register with CQC.
