Lendable is looking for a Senior Growth Manager (Performance Marketing) to drive D2C acquisition in the US and Mexico. You will own channel strategy, manage multi-channel budgets, and build scalable playbooks in two distinct markets.

You’ll lead a creative engine, translate insights into briefs for creators, and continuously optimise attribution and measurement to maximise CAC efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in performance marketing with a strong creative tilt.
• Hands-on Meta, Google Ads and TikTok campaign management.
• Understanding of hooks, messaging and creative formats.
• Familiarity with attribution modelling and testing concepts.
• Strong analytical mindset; SQL proficiency preferred.
• Comfort with AI tools to boost productivity and analysis.
• Able to operate with ambiguity and build new audiences in new markets.
