Job summary

Blu Digital is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition across Google Ads and Meta, driving high-quality customer acquisition for a fast-growing digital business. You’ll run hands-on campaigns, audit accounts, refine targeting and continuously test performance to scale growth.

You will lead data-driven analysis using GA4, Mixpanel and CRM data, forecast spend and CAC, and collaborate with Growth and Marketing to optimise conversion and measurement.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Data-driven marketer with ability to translate insights into action.
• Experience in subscription or SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads and Meta.
• Own budget, forecasting and performance reporting for paid channels.
• Lead testing across channels and formats to improve CAC and lead quality.
• Work hands-on in platforms to audit accounts and optimise targeting.
