Job summary

Usay Compare is seeking an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own our multi-channel acquisition strategy. You will lead strategy, optimization and growth across Paid Search, Paid Social, Native, Affiliates and Lead Generation, working with senior leaders in Marketing, Sales, Data and IT.

You will manage agencies, drive lead volume and quality, experiment with testing and attribution, and mentor a high-performing team to maximize marketing ROI.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in performance marketing and customer acquisition.
• Commercially minded with a track record of measurable growth.
• Hands-on experience across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta.

Responsibilities
