Job summary

Pregnancy+ is seeking a Growth Marketing & Acquisition Manager to own worldwide user growth across paid and unpaid channels. You’ll shape the acquisition mix, drive a multi-channel strategy, and own the measurement stack to prove incremental impact.

You’ll lead creative velocity, briefs, and partnerships with agencies and freelancers to scale growth. You will collaborate with product, design, content, and analytics to deliver at speed, balancing strategy with hands-on execution when speed

Qualifications

• 5+ years in user acquisition for consumer mobile apps.
• Track record of improving CAC through creative testing.
• Strong command of mobile measurement and incrementality testing.

Responsibilities

• Own the full acquisition portfolio across paid and unpaid channels.
• Set acquisition strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, ASO, SEO and emerging channels.
• Own CAC and active user growth as headline metrics and allocate spend accordingly.
• Continuously rebalance channel mix and test new channels.
