Job summary

Fanvue, a fast-growing AI-powered creator monetisation platform, is seeking a systems-level Growth leader to own the full loop from acquisition to retention and monetisation. You will report to the COO with executive-level authority and drive GMV growth from ~$90M to $250M+ in Year 1, building a Growth org from scratch in a remote-first environment.

• Demonstrated end-to-end growth systems across marketing and product.
• Strong grasp of activation, retention, monetisation, and attribution.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership with PM, Eng, Data and Growth.

Responsibilities

• Own growth at Fanvue end-to-end across all channels and product-led growth.
• Build and scale a Growth org with dashboards, testing frameworks and forecasting.
• Lead US market expansion and manage growth P&L with high accountability.
• Develop multi-channel acquisition, activation, retention and monetisation strategies.
