Job summary

Fanvue is a rapidly growing creator monetisation platform that uses AI-powered, creator-first technology to help creators connect, engage and earn from their audiences at scale.

The Growth Engineering role focuses on moving core product metrics fast within a small team. You will design, ship and iterate high-impact experiments across acquisition, onboarding, activation and retention with a weekly cadence and direct impact on the metrics that matter.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to ship growth-focused features end to end.
• Experience across frontend and backend with modern web stacks.
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and funnel metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and ship growth experiments across signup, onboarding, activation and retention flows.
• Own features end to end from idea through implementation, measurement and iteration.
• Build and refine growth loops such as referrals and viral surfaces.
• Run A/B and multivariate tests and interpret results honestly, even when it challenges your idea.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to prioritise tests and scope.
• Improve performance and reliability of growth-critical user journeys.
• Use data tooling to guide technical and product decisions.
• Continuously remove friction in creator and fan funnels.
