Penfold is building a modern, tech-first pension platform and is hiring a Growth Analytics professional to drive data-led growth. You will oversee analysis, forecasting, experimentation, and reporting to optimise member growth and engagement.

Hybrid working from London, with a fast-paced, collaborative culture that values evidence over opinions. You will partner with the Head of Growth and cross‑functional teams, applying BI tools, AI insights, and rigorous experimentation to prioritise

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in revenue ops, management consulting, strategy, or growth/product analytics, ideally in rapidly growing env.
• Strong analytical toolkit with spreadsheet modelling; experience with AI for deep analysis and BI tools.
• First-principles problem solving: break down ambiguity to a model, number and recommendation.
• Familiarity with experiment design: holdouts, sample size, judging real effects.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to persuade senior stakeholders with evidence.
• Proactive and self-driven, following up without being chased.

Responsabilités

• Use cohort and funnel data to maximise post-acquisition customer value.
• Translate analysis into concrete recommendations on who to contact and why.
• Leverage AI and automation to speed up exploratory analysis.
• Maintain dashboards and growth measurement framework for the team.
