You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, drive experimentation, and uncover opportunities that directly impact revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.

The Company

They are a high-growth consumer subscription business that places analytics at the centre of decision-making. Operating in a fast-paced and highly data-driven environment, they use customer insights, experimentation, and performance analysis to drive sustainable growth. The Role

You will:

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Data teams to support growth strategy and decision-making.
  • Proactively identify opportunities across acquisition, conversion, retention, customer value, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Lead analysis across customer funnels, lifecycle performance, campaign effectiveness, and channel optimisation.
  • Design, analyse, and interpret experiments, including A/B testing and incrementality analysis.
  • Translate complex business questions into analytical frameworks, actionable insights, and clear recommendations.
  • Define and monitor business KPIs, identify performance trends, and uncover root causes behind key changes.
  • Influence prioritisation, investment decisions, and growth roadmaps through data-driven recommendations.
Your Skills & Experience
  • Strong commercial experience in Growth Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or Product Analytics.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Strong experience analysing funnels, cohorts, customer behaviour, experiments, and lifecycle performance.

  • Ability to move beyond reporting and provide strategic recommendations that influence business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior audiences.
  • Experience with visualisation tools. Exposure to dbt, BigQuery, Looker, Hex, PostHog, Snowplow, or similar technologies would be advantageous.
  • A proactive, curious approach and the ability to thrive in an environment with ambiguity and pace.
