Lovable is seeking a Growth Marketing Finance Partner to own the financial architecture behind every marketing dollar. You’ll build models, measurement systems, and operating rhythms that drive growth with executive visibility.

The role requires 4+ years supporting Marketing leadership, strong Excel and SQL skills, and a data-driven mindset in a fast-growing AI-focused company. London-based, on-site collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years supporting Marketing leadership, with strong financial discipline.
• Experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or consulting is valued.
• Bachelor’s degree required; technical exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial operating plan for Marketing and budget allocation.
• Develop CAC, LTV, and payback models at channel/cohort level.
• Link marketing spend to acquisition, retention and revenue.
• Forecast impact, build repeatable reporting, and track learnings.
• Leverage AI and automation to speed up processes.
