Copthorne Hotel Cardiff is seeking an enthusiastic Event Sales & Reservations Agent to handle enquiries, convert bookings and coordinate guest requirements from first contact through to event completion.

You will deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced hotel environment, leveraging strong communication and organisational skills to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.

About the Hotel

Nestled on the peaceful banks of its own ornamental lake, the Copthorne Hotel Cardiff-Caerdydd offers convenient access to a variety of local attractions. Guests can choose from Standard, Club or Suite accommodation, the majority of which offer picturesque views over the lake.

• Salary: up to £27,040.00 per annum
• Working Hours: 40 over 5 days
