Job summary

Hotel Indigo K West Shepherd's Bush is seeking a Groups and Events Manager to lead group and event bookings from initial enquiry through post-event follow-up, ensuring timely responses, accurate rooming lists, contracts, and billing.

You will optimise revenue by balancing inventory, maintaining billing accuracy, and building strong relationships with clients and internal teams while supporting operational needs, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, group and event coordination within hospitality.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage end-to-end events and billing with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead group and event bookings end-to-end, from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up, with accurate rooming lists, contracts, billing and special requests using Opera Cloud.
• Proactively manage groups and events to maximise revenue and guest experience, monitor inventory and deposits, and upsell where possible.
• Serve as the main contact for group and event clients, collaborating with Front of House, F&B, Cluster Sales, clients and guests to deliver seamless events.
• Own the full billing lifecycle from deposits through final invoicing, with clear records and amendments/cancellations handled.
• Attend weekly Operations and Groups meetings and prepare detailed groups and events summaries to keep all departments aligned.
