Leonardo Royal Hotel Glasgow is seeking a Groups Coordinator to support a cluster of hotels, handling enquiries for group visits with a focus on guest experience and efficient service.

You will identify sales leads, manage reservations, and coordinate rooming lists while ensuring timely payments and accurate data in Opera. A proactive communicator with resilience in a fast-paced environment will excel here.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with customers and internal teams.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate group bookings and reports.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales leads for future business and relay to Sales team.
• Send weekly reservations reports to hotels in the cluster.
• Input rooming lists and confirm details with customers; ensure payment prior to check-in.
• Load group offers and reservations into the Opera system and maintain product knowledge.
