Job summary

Leonardo Hotels in Glasgow is seeking a Groups Coordinator to support a cluster of hotels and manage group enquiries efficiently. You will build strong customer relationships, coordinate rooming lists, and ensure timely payments and accurate group bookings.

The role requires superb communication, organisational skills, and a proactive approach to delivering excellent guest experiences within a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience handling group bookings or events is a plus.
• Proficiency with Opera or similar reservations system.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales leads for future group business and share with Sales team.
• Send weekly reservations reports to the cluster hotels with details of guest groups.
• Input rooming lists and confirm details with customers; maintain accuracy.
• Ensure payment is completed prior to check-in date.
• Load group offers and reservations into the system (Opera).
• Develop a thorough knowledge of Leonardo Hotels brand and product.
