Job summary

Leonardo Hotels in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Groups Coordinator to support a cluster of hotels, handling all enquiries for group visits efficiently and building strong customer relationships.

You will manage reservations, input rooming lists, ensure payments before check-in, load offers in Opera, and develop in-depth knowledge of the brand. The role combines organisation, proactive communication and a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in rooming lists and reports.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales leads for future business and share with Sales team.
• Send weekly reservations reports to hotels in your cluster to ensure smooth handover.
• Input rooming lists and confirm details with customers with attention to accuracy.
• Ensure payment is made by customers prior to check-in date.
• Load group offers and reservations into Opera to streamline workflows.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of the Leonardo Hotels brand and product.
