A bit about what you will be doing:

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Group Sales & Events Executive to join our team and drive sales and event revenue across our London venues. This role is focused on maximizing inbound and outbound sales opportunities while nurturing strong, long-term relationships with our existing client base.

You’ll play a key part in delivering The Evolv Collection’s sales strategy, so we’re looking for someone with excellent communication, a talent for building rapport, and a passion for creating standout guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Support the wider sales team by maximizing event revenue through effective up-selling and proactive conversion strategies.
  • Ensure all event inquiries are handled professionally, efficiently, and in line with brand standards to drive high conversion rates.
  • Consistently work toward individual and team targets for inquiries, confirmed bookings, and conversion metrics.
  • Use consultative selling techniques to influence client spend and enhance event value.
  • Proactively source, research, and reach out to new business prospects through relevant channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat clients to secure ongoing business and referrals.
  • Maintain and grow a comprehensive database of agents, corporate contacts, DMCs, and event organizers.
  • Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure exceptional service standards are upheld throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team as required.
  • Attend and assist with events across our restaurants and venues as needed.
