They manage and deliver projects such as conferences, investigator meetings, gala dinners, product launches, and conferences mainly within the pharmaceutical sector. Working on both small and large-scale, complex events worldwide, they are seeking a Senior/Project Manager to join their dynamic team.

You will work in a supportive environment as part of a close-knit, friendly, and sociable team!

The role is primarily remote with expectations to be in the Berkshire office bimonthly or more often if desired.

THE ROLE

Due to continued success, this thriving events agency is looking for a Project Manager and a Senior Project Manager. You will manage key client relationships and oversee events from brief to delivery.

This fast-paced agency works across a wide range of international events, requiring travel approximately 6-8 times per year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships
• Managing events from initial brief to on-site execution
• Understanding client needs through direct briefs
• Creating proposals and supporting pitch presentations
• Collaborating with creative and production teams
• Liaising with external suppliers
• Sourcing venues in the UK and overseas
• Handling delegate registration and communication
• Organizing travel, accommodation, and logistics
• Managing budgets and reporting
• Delegating tasks and mentoring junior staff
• Managing events on-site internationally

THE CANDIDATE

Applicants should have experience delivering events from inception to completion, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector. Agency experience is beneficial but candidates from corporate or association backgrounds will also be considered.
