Job summary

Accountable Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a client for a Group Reporting Manager role in Manchester with a hybrid working pattern. The position offers exposure across the Group, significant reporting responsibilities and clear progression within a fast-growing international business.

You will own the Group's financial reporting and consolidation processes, support acquisitions and tax reporting, and coordinate external reporting.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA) with an Audit background.
• Strong technical accounting and reporting experience.
• Experience of group consolidations and external reporting.
• Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation process.
• Prepare group financial reporting and analysis for senior leadership.
• Support the delivery of statutory accounts and external reporting requirements.
• Manage reporting requirements relating to acquisitions and business integration activities.
• Coordinate group tax reporting and compliance activities with internal and external advisors.
• Drive improvements in reporting processes, controls and governance.
• Manage and develop a small team.

We're looking for an ambitious and technically strong Group Reporting Manager who will report directly into an impressive Group Financial Controller. This is a high-profile role with exposure across the Group and excellent progression opportunities within a fast-growing international business.

The role will take ownership of the Group's financial reporting and consolidation processes, while supporting key strategic activities including acquisitions, tax reporting, and both internal and external stakeholder reporting.
