Based three days out of Hucknall, Nottingham with two days travel, the role requires proven experience in leading multi‑channel

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing role.
• Strong ability to plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns.
• Excellent digital marketing knowledge across social, content, email and paid media.
• Experience using customer insight and data to drive decisions.
• Strong commercial awareness with ROI focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the annual marketing strategy and calendar.
• Plan integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, PR, email and offline channels.
• Identify target audiences using customer insight and market trends.
• Drive website performance, SEO, paid advertising and engagement.
• Lead content creation, messaging and asset development.
• Manage promotions of events, launches and initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, ROI and KPIs to optimise results.
• Manage marketing budgets, agencies and external suppliers.
• Build relationships across the business to support commercial objectives.
• Identify opportunities to grow audiences and brand awareness.
