You will own the end-to-end marketing process from audience insights to campaign execution and performance analysis, collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing role.
• Experience delivering integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge across social media, content, email and paid media.
• Experience using customer insight and data to drive decisions.
• Strong commercial awareness with ROI and campaign performance focus.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Creative, proactive and able to present new ideas.
• Experience managing budgets, agencies and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the annual marketing strategy and campaign calendar.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social media, content, PR, email and offline channels.
• Identify target audiences using customer insight and market trends to shape campaigns.
• Drive website performance, SEO, paid advertising, social media and customer engagement.
• Lead content creation, campaign messaging and creative asset development.
• Manage the promotion of seasonal events, new attractions, launches and initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, ROI and KPIs, using data to optimise results.
• Manage marketing budgets, agencies and external suppliers.
• Build relationships across the business to support wider commercial objectives.
• Identify opportunities to grow audiences, increase repeat visits and brand awareness.
