Job summary

CoActive Care seeks an experienced Group Learning Systems & Development Lead to shape learning, training and staff development across the organisation. This role blends Learning & Development, digital learning systems, staff induction and training delivery.

You will deliver de-escalation and restrictive-practice training within the approved programme and collaborate with senior staff to improve care quality through learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development within adult social care, healthcare, or another regulated environment.
• Ability to deliver training to groups and create engaging learning resources.
• Proficient with learning management systems and training materials.
• Qualified or equivalent experience as a trainer or educator.
• Knowledge of CQC requirements, safeguarding and person-centred care is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Learning Management System (Access), training records, and compliance data.
• Develop engaging training materials, presentations, e-learning, assessments and tools.
• Lead the group induction program for new employees and deliver face-to-face training.
• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and improve staff competence.
• Provide reports on progress, risks, and areas for improvement, and grow internal trainers.
