• Lead our leadership, learning and development strategyDriving initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, talent management, succession planning and workforce development.You will design and deliver leadership programmes, develop career pathways, establish coaching and mentoring opportunities, oversee professional development and mandatory training and maximise the impact of our Apprenticeship Levy investment.
