Job summary

Inspire Education Group is seeking a Group Leadership, Learning & Development Manager to drive our People Plan 2026–2030 and build a culture of continuous learning. You will lead the leadership, learning and development agenda across 1,200 colleagues, shaping high‑performing leaders and strong talent pipelines.

This role offers a strategic, delivery‑focused remit with opportunities to design programmes, establish coaching, manage mandatory training and maximise the Apprenticeship Levy

What you will be doing as Group L&D Manager

• Working across a workforce of over 1,200 colleagues
• Lead our leadership, learning and development strategy
• Driving initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, talent management, succession planning and workforce development.
• You will design and deliver leadership programmes, develop career pathways, establish coaching and mentoring opportunities, oversee professional development and mandatory training and maximise the impact of our Apprenticeship Levy investment.
