Job summary

Brooklyn Recruitment is recruiting for a Group HR Manager to lead HR strategy across multiple manufacturing sites in Staffordshire. The role focuses on developing and rolling out policies, training managers, and ensuring compliance with UK law from the head office with site visits as required.

You will manage a small HR team, drive salary reviews, succession planning, and onboarding programs while supporting managers with recruitment and HR issues across the group.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Manager in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience delivering HR policies and training.
• Knowledge of UK employment law.

Responsibilities

• Developing and revising HR policies and processes.
• Training managers on HR topics.
• Ensuring UK legislation is adhered to.
• Succession planning and salary structure reviews.
• Managing a team of 2 HR Assistants.
• Advising managers on recruitment, offers, and onboarding.
• Coordinating start dates, references, and onboarding programs.
• Collaborating with department heads on HR issues.
