Job summary

James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd is partnering with a leading manufacturing and distribution organisation to recruit an HR Manager on a permanent basis. You will report to the Group HR Director and provide strategic and operational HR support across multiple sites.

The role involves travel to UK sites, delivery of ER cases, policy guidance, recruitment, workforce planning, and learning initiatives. Hybrid working follows probation, with a competitive salary of £45,000–£50,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Previous HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner experience
• Strong employee relations background with experience managing complex cases
• Sound knowledge of UK employment law
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, distribution, FMCG or similar operational environment
• CIPD Level 5 qualified or above

Responsibilities

• Leading on complex employee relations cases
• Guidance on employment law and HR best practice
• Support recruitment, workforce planning, and succession planning
• Partner with managers across multiple UK sites
• Deliver learning and development initiatives
• Support organisational change and HR projects
• Drive employee engagement and retention strategies
• Review and update HR policies and procedures
• Support performance management processes
• Maintain HR systems, records, and reporting
