Job Opportunity: Group HR Advisor

Hays HR is recruiting exclusively for a growing organization located 15 minutes from Darlington, accessible via the A1. We are seeking a Group HR Advisor to join the company on a permanent basis, reporting to the Managing Director.

This role is ideal for an HR Advisor seeking a standalone position overseeing daily HR operations and supporting directors across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing daily HR operations
2. Supporting onboarding and induction processes
3. Implementing policies and procedures from a group perspective (TUPE In)
4. Monitoring absence management
5. Providing support and guidance to line managers
6. Managing employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and capability issues
7. Handling payroll

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of employment legislation
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in HR
• Experience in a fast-paced industry
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards it
• Knowledge of HR best practices
• Experience with HR and Payroll systems
• Enthusiastic and engaging HR professional
