The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management across the LSBU Group estate, managed by outsourced facilities management providers. The role involves planning and implementing improvements and upgrades to Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) assets as part of estate master planning and organizational development, covering campuses in Southwark, Havering, Croydon, Lambeth, and Southwark.
This position is suited for candidates with a proven track record of managing large, diverse estate operational teams and outsourced contracts. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge of building services, exceptional stakeholder engagement, team leadership skills, and the ability to prioritize and deliver excellent customer service within budget constraints.
