The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management across LSBU's estate, including campuses at Southwark, Havering, Croydon, Lambeth, and Southwark. The role involves planning and implementing improvements to M&E assets as part of estate master planning and organizational development.
This position is suitable for candidates with a proven track record in managing large operational estates teams and outsourced contracts. The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and customer service, all within budget constraints. Strong technical knowledge of building services is essential.
