The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management for LSBU's estate, including campuses at Southwark, Havering, Croydon, Lambeth, and Southwark. The role involves planning and implementing improvements and upgrades to M&E assets as part of estate master planning and organizational development.
This position is suited for candidates with a proven track record managing large, diverse estate operational teams and outsourced contracts. Strong technical knowledge of building services, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and customer service skills are essential.
