The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the facilities management outsourced providers' delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement across the LSBU Group Estate. The role includes planning and implementing improvements and upgrades to M&E assets as part of estate master planning, covering campuses at Southwark, Havering, Croydon, Lambeth, and Southwark.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing large, diverse estate operational teams and outsourced contracts. They should excel in prioritization, customer service, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership, with strong technical knowledge of building services.
