The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management across the LSBU Group Estate, working with outsourced facilities management providers. The role involves planning and implementing improvements to M&E assets as part of estate master planning, covering campuses at Southwark, Havering, Croydon, Lambeth, and Southwark.
This position suits candidates with experience managing large estates operational teams and outsourced contracts. Strong technical knowledge, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills are essential to succeed in this role.
