The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management across the LSBU Group Estate, working with outsourced facilities management providers. The role includes planning and implementing improvements and upgrades to M&E assets as part of estate master planning, covering campuses at Southwark, Havering, Croydon, and other locations within the LSBU Group.

This position is suited for candidates with experience managing large, diverse estates operational teams and outsourced contracts. Candidates should excel in prioritization, customer service, and budget management. Strong technical knowledge of building services, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership are essential for success.
