The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management across the LSBU estate, managed through outsourced facilities management providers. The role involves planning and implementing improvements and upgrades to M&E assets as part of estate master planning, covering campuses at Southwark, Havering, Croydon, Lambeth, and Southwark.
This position is suitable for candidates with a proven track record managing large, diverse estate operational teams and outsourced contracts. Strong technical knowledge of building services, stakeholder engagement, leadership skills, and customer service orientation are essential.
