Job summary

Citadel Source is partnering with a leading PLC to recruit a Group FP&A Manager based in Bristol. You will own budgeting and forecasting, drive transformation initiatives, and lead the financial planning and reporting system to improve data quality and efficiency.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong FP&A experience, comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders and guiding finance transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Strong FP&A background with systems experience.
• Able to translate financial information into business insight.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting across the business.
• Develop strategic financial models and scenario analyses.
• Provide insightful reporting to support decision-making.
• Manage and develop the budgeting, forecasting and reporting platform.
• Drive adoption and best practice of finance systems.
• Enhance management information, reporting capabilities and data sets.
• Partner with Finance Leadership Teams to align divisional objectives.
• Provide financial insight, challenge and guidance to senior stakeholders.
• Support finance transformation through simplification and automation initiatives.
