The role

This is a pivotal leadership opportunity to lead the Group’s FP&A function, driving the evolution of reporting, enhancing analytical capabilities, and supporting the integration of the business within a larger global group. In this role, you will partner the C-suite and have a direct impact on decision-making, playing a central role in shaping the organisation’s financial performance and planning processes.

About you

You will be a commercially minded, technically strong finance leader with a proven background in FP&A within fast-paced, inventory-driven or multi-channel environments. You will bring a blend of strategic thinking, operational awareness and analytical capability. We are looking for someone who is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, adept at challenging assumptions, able to improve processes and lead a high-performing team. Above all, you will be energised by the opportunity to elevate insights, streamline reporting and influence decision-making across a complex and evolving business.

As Head of FP&A, your role will include, but not be limited to:

Leading the Group FP&A function and ensuring alignment with wider group reporting requirements
Owning the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, coordinating financial submissions across multiple regions
Developing sophisticated financial models for long-range planning, scenario analysis and capital investment appraisal
Embedding processes to support dual-reporting requirements, ensuring consistency between internal results and group standards
Providing high-quality analysis on trading performance, margin, stock, channel profitability and operational efficiency
Acting as system owner for planning and reporting tools, driving continuous improvement and data integrity
Enhancing KPI governance and performance measurement across the business
