About the Business

Zanda is partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed telecom business based in London, operating across the UK. With recurring revenues of £25 million, they are doubling in size every few years.

With ambitious growth plans and significant change, they seek a Group Financial Controller to automate and simplify financial control and operations, and to make a tangible impact on transforming and scaling the business.

Reporting to the Finance Director and CFO, you will lead a team of 5 and play a key role in evolving financial processes, systems, and controls as the business expands. The team works in the office 2-3 days a week in Central London.

What You Will Gain

• Oversee monthly preparation of consolidated accounts
• Lead cash flow management and maintain the financial control framework
• Manage payroll, treasury, and cash flow
• Lead external audits and strengthen internal controls
