About The Role:

Due to our success and growth, we are seeking a Financial Controller for a fixed-term contract until February 2026. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading end-to-end finance operations, including transactional processes, month-end close, and financial reporting.
2. Overseeing statutory reporting, tax compliance, and audits across UK, US, and Australian entities.
3. Managing credit control to meet cash collection targets and debtor control.
4. Implementing monthly balance sheet reviews, reconciliations, and sign-offs.
5. Managing financial systems (Sage Intacct) and external relationships.

Requirements:

We’re looking for candidates who have:

• Experience with Sage Intacct and managing finance systems.
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven Financial Controller experience.
• Leadership skills in managing finance teams.
• Expertise in statutory reporting, month-end closing, and financial controls.
• Background in audit, from practice or internal processes.
