Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Group Exercise Manager for Oxfordshire to lead class delivery and excellent customer service across our club. The role focuses on teaching sessions in the studio and pool, developing the timetable, and ensuring safety and member satisfaction.

You will be a qualified instructor with class-based exercise qualifications, plus experience in a corporate or commercial fitness environment. First aid is preferred, and you’ll help promote health programmes.

• First aid qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes in the studio and the pool
• Develop class and timetable offering in line with trends and budget
• Ensure health and safety rules and codes of practice
• Clean and maintain equipment
• Understand and promote health assessments, classes and programmes
• Open/close centre and process membership payments
