Job summary

The Evolv Collection is seeking a Group Executive Chef to lead and elevate the culinary strategy across its premium hospitality brands. You will partner with the Back of House Operations Director and senior leadership to protect brand DNA and drive menu development, quality, and commercial relevance.

You will mentor Executive/Head Chefs, shape recruitment for senior culinary roles, and contribute to growth through innovative menus and performance initiatives across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large culinary teams.
• Ability to develop and implement group culinary strategy across multiple brands.
• Experience in menu engineering and achieving consistency across menus.

Responsibilities

• Define and steer the culinary strategy for the Evolv Collection.
• Elevate food quality and brand DNA across all brands.
• Mentor Executive/Head Chefs and senior BOH leaders.
• Lead recruitment for senior culinary roles and succession planning.
• Align culinary decisions with commercial objectives and guest demand.
• Drive innovation and support new openings and refurbishments.
