Job summary

The Evolv Collection is seeking a Group Executive Chef to lead and continuously elevate the culinary strategy across all sites. You will mentor senior BOH leaders, curate brand DNA, and drive menu development while aligning with commercial goals and brand direction.

You will collaborate with operations leadership, contribute to high-profile openings, and participate in focused projects to improve performance and guest experiences across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of executive culinary teams across multiple brands.
• Experience in menu development and culinary strategy.
• Ability to mentor and develop BOH leaders.
• Strong collaboration with senior chefs and operations.

Responsibilities

• Set and elevate culinary strategy across the group.
• Develop and review menus with Brand Senior Chefs.
• Protect brand DNA and maintain Michelin-level standards where appropriate.
• Lead mentorship and talent development across the estate.
• Support new openings and performance improvement projects.
